The featured game of the day has the Toronto Blue Jays hosting the Detroit Tigers at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Tigers have Doug Fister taking the mound to face Chien-Ming Wang of the Blue Jays. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Detroit is the favorite on the road, as the Tigers have odds of -135 to win, while the Blue Jays have a money line of +125 for this game. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 9.5 runs. Detroit is 43-38 overall and 17-22 on the road while Toronto is 41-41 overall and 23-17 at home. Toronto won the series opener on Monday, but the Tigers have won six of their last eight against the Blue Jays. The two teams have hit the over in their last four meetings.

The other featured game of the day has the Pittsburgh Pirates hosting the Philadelphia Phillies at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Phillies have Jonathan Pettibone on the mound to face Jeff Locke of the Pirates. According to oddsmakers, the Pirates are the favorite to win this game, as they have a money line of -160 to win, while the Phillies have a money line of +150 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7.5 runs. Pittsburgh is 51-30 overall and 28-13 at home while Philadelphia is 39-44 overall and 20-26 on the road. Pittsburgh has won three of the four meetings this year and five of its last six against the Phillies.
