LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) - Several new series start today in Major League Baseball and with that, let's take a look at some matchups and odds.

We start in Los Angeles with a rematch of last year's NLCS. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Dodgers are +107 money line home underdogs versus the Cardinals, who are -116 money line road favorites. St. Louis will send ace Adam Wainwright to the hill versus Josh Beckett and the Dodgers, who are -1-5 in Beckett's last six home starts.

In a NLDS rematch from 2012, the Giants host the Reds at 10:15PM ET when Mike Leake faces Ryan Vogelsong. Cincinnati is currently a +104 money line underdog versus San Francisco, which is a -113 money line favorite. The total for tonight's game is currently sitting at 7.5. The over is 5-0-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams in San Francisco and 5-1-1 in Leake's last seven starts versus the Giants.

In the American League, the red-hot Tigers will look to sweep the Rangers in Texas at 8:05PM ET. With Rick Porcello on the mound, Detroit is a -130 money line road favorite versus Nicholas Martinez and Texas, which is +120. The over is 6-0 in the last six meetings between these two teams and 5-2 in the last seven meetings in Texas. The over/under is currently sitting at 10 runs.

Finally, the lone interleague game has the Astros hosting the Braves at 2:10PM ET. Houston is currently a +119 money line underdog with Jarred Cosart on the hill while the Braves are -129 money line favorites with Mike Minor drawing the start. The total for today's game is sitting at 8 runs.
