Last week the Tigers were in their biggest funk of the season but they've now won four straight games and six of their last 10. Detroit will open a new series with the Rangers starting tonight in Texas and is a -122 money line road favorite according to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv. The Tigers are just 1-5 in their last six games in Texas, however.

Staying in the AL Central, the Twins have also won four straight games and will hit the road tonight versus the Angels. Minnesota is a +165 money line underdog versus L.A., which is -180. The Twins are 5-1 in their last six games versus the Angeles but just 2-6 in their last eight road games against L.A.

After pounding the Red Sox on Monday night, the Mariners will go for their fifth consecutive win when they host that same Boston team tonight at 10:10PM ET. Seattle is currently +111 on the money line tonight, while Boston is a -120 money line favorite with Jake Peavy on the mound. The over is 5-0 in the last five meetings between these two teams in Seattle and 7-0-1 in the last eight meetings overall.

In the National League, the Brewers are -117 money line home favorites versus the Nationals, who are +108 money line road underdogs after shutting out Milwaukee last night. It'll be Jordan Zimmermann versus Yovani Gallardo in the pitching matchup, as the over/under is currently sitting at 8 runs.
