American League East rivals clash in the Bronx at 1:05PM ET this afternoon and the Yankees are -156 money line favorites over the Rays, who are +144 on the ML. The total for that game is currently sitting at 8 runs as Alex Colome will battle CC Sabathia in the pitching matchup.

Staying in the AL East, the Toronto Blue Jays remain seven games back of the Red Sox in the division but they've won 9 straight to become the hottest team in Major League Baseball. With Chien-Ming Wang on the hill, the Jays will look to pick up their 10th-straight game as a +101 money line underdog against the Orioles, who are -109 money line favorites.

In the National League, the Arizona Diamondbacks host the Cincinnati Reds at 7:15PM ET tonight. The Diamondbacks are -125 money line favorites over the Reds, who are +115 on the ML, and the total is 8 runs. According to latest MLB trends, the Reds are 4-1 in their last four meetings with the D-Backs and 13-4 in their last 16 games in Arizona.

Interleague Play arguably offers the best matchup as the Rangers and Cardinals will play at 7:15PM ET at Busch Stadium in a rematch of the 2011 World Series. According to oddsmakers from online sports book, St. Louis is a -192 money line favorite against Texas, who is a +176 money line underdog.
