The featured game of the day has the St. Louis Cardinals hosting the Arizona Diamondbacks at 8PM ET (View Matchup). The Cardinals will be sending Joe Kelly to the mound to face Wade Miley of the Diamondbacks. According to oddsmakers at, St. Louis is the favorite to win this game, as the Cardinals have odds of -135 to win, while the Diamondbacks have a money line of +125. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 8.5 runs. Arizona is 33-25 on the season and 17-13 on the road while St. Louis is 38-20 overall and 18-11 at home. Arizona has won three of the five meetings with St. Louis in 2013, but the Cardinals have won seven of the last 11 between these two.

The other featured game of the day has the Boston Red Sox hosting the Texas Rangers at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Red Sox have John Lackey on the mound to face Alexi Ogando of the Rangers. According to oddsmakers, the Red Sox are the favorites at home, as they have odds of -115 to win, while the Rangers have odds of +105 to win. The over/under total for this game has been set at 9 runs. Boston is 36-23 on the season and 18-12 at home while Texas is 35-22 overall and 17-14 on the road. Texas had won five straight over Boston prior to Tuesday night’s loss to the Red Sox.
