The featured game of the day has the Cleveland Indians hosting the Detroit Tigers at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Indians have Corey Kluber on the mound to face Max Scherzer of the Tigers. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Tigers are the slight favorite on the road, as they have odds of -125 to win, while the Indians have a money line of +115 to prevail. The over/under total for this game has been set at 9 runs. Cleveland is 26-17 on the season and 15-8 at home while Detroit is 23-19 overall and 10-12 on the road. Cleveland has won two of its three meetings with Detroit this year, but the road team has won six of the last nine in this series.

The other featured game of the day has the Texas Rangers hosting the Oakland Athletics at 8PM ET (View Matchup). The Rangers have Yu Darvish on the mound to face Daniel Straily of the Athletics. According to oddsmakers, the Rangers are favored at home, as they have odds of -200 to win, while the Athletics have been given a money line of +185 to win. The over/under total for the game has been set at 8.5 runs. Texas is 29-16 overall and 14-6 at home while Oakland is 24-22 overall and 11-12 on the road. These two have met four times this season, with each team picking up two victories. Despite that, Oakland has won seven of its last 10 against the Rangers, including the series opener.
