Wednesday's MLB Odds

The featured game on the day is an AL East matchup with the Tampa Bay Rays hosting the Baltimore Orioles at 7:10PM ET. The Rays have Jeremy Hellickson on the mound to face Wei-Yin Chen of the Orioles. According to oddsmakers at, the Rays are favored at home, as they have odds of -138 to win, while the Orioles have a money line of +127. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7.5 runs. The Orioles picked up a 7-4 win over Tampa Bay in the series opener on Tuesday, and the Orioles have won seven of their last nine against the Rays.

The other featured game on the day has the Atlanta Braves hosting the Philadelphia Phillies at 7:10PM ET. The Braves are sending Paul Maholm to the mound to face Roy Halladay of the Phillies. According to oddsmakers, the Braves are favored at home, as they have odds of -119 to win, while the Phillies have a money line of +110 to win. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7.5 runs. Atlanta won the series opener on Monday, 7-5. The Braves have won four of their last five against the Phillies.
