2015 AL Cy Young Award Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Who will win the AL Cy Young Award in 2015? The current odds favorite is Mariners’ ace Felix Hernandez.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, “King Felix” is a 13/5 favorite to win the AL Cy Young while 2014 Cy Young winner Corey Kluber of the Indians has the next-best odds at 4/1. Chris Sale of the White Sox is also 5/1 while David Price of the Tigers is 11/2 and Masahiro Tanaka of the Yankees is 12/1.
Sonny Gray is also 12/1 while Alex Cobb is 20/1 and Jeff Samardzija, Justin Verlander and Yordano Ventura are all 25/1, respectively. Garrett Richards, Hisashi Iwakuma and Jered Weaver are all 33/1, respectively, while Anibal Sanchez and Dellin Betances are 50/1, respectively.
The current long shots to win the AL Cy Young Award this upcoming MLB season are C.C. Sabathia at 66/1, Matt Shoemaker and 75/1, and Derek Holland, Edinson Volquez, Fernando Rodney, R.A. Dickey and Rick Porcello at 100/1, respectively.
