No. 13 seeds have had plenty of success recently vs. No. 4 seeds, and I could see Western Michigan giving Syracuse all they want on Thursday.  According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Syracuse is currently 22/1 to win the NCCA tournament while Western Michigan is 1000/1 to win.

Western Michigan didn't play a schedule quite as tough as Syracuse did in the ACC, but they ended their season on a high note winning the MAC tourney, while Syracuse struggled down the stretch.  Syracuse has been one of those teams that's been just a little overrated all season, and were very fortunate to pick up some of those wins during the season.

Syracuse also has the potential to get rattled as we all saw during that controversial end vs. Duke. Western Michigan also has Syracuse beat in a couple team stat categories points per game, and field goal pct.

There are always some surprises in the Big Dance, and this could be one of 'em.
