2010 Shriners Hospitals Open Picks and Predictions

The 2010 Justin Timberlak Shriners Hopstials Open tees off on Thursday morning and we have three strong plays for the weekend to earn you some cash.

The field for this event is not real deep as most of the top golfers are playing sparingly as the year winds down. Still, there are some strong plays with good odds to consider for the weekend.

Hunter Mahan 16/1

Mahan is still thinking about losing the final match of the 2010 Ryder Cup but that can propel him to a strong showing this weekend. He finished 14th in this event last year and he already has two wins on the season. We like Mahan with 16/1 odds to win.

Chad Campbell 22/1

Campbell was runner up in this tournament last year so he knows how to play the course. 2010 has not been his year, but he has been progressing as the year is coming to an end and with 22/1 odds we think he is a smart play for the weekend.

Jerry Kelly 50/1

Kelly has been slowly climbing up the ranks lately, as he has finished in the top 40 of his last three events, including an 11th place finish in the Viking Classic. Kelly has made the cut in this event the last two years and we think he is a nice dark horse play for this tournament, as his payout would be sizeable.
