According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Johnson is now a 7/4 favorite to win The Open Championship following Friday’s action. The other short odds to win are Adam Scott (15/2), Jason Day (9/1) and Jordan Spieth (9/1). The British Open continues Saturday-Sunday from St. Andrews.

Johnson is currently -10 for the tournament, which is one shot better than the field. He has played 13 holes in his second round and is 3-under for the round. He is a shot ahead of Danny Willett, who completed his second round and is at -9 overall.

Scott finished his second round and shot a 5-under 67 on Friday to put him at -7 overall. Scott is looking to win this event for the first time despite finishing in the top 5 the previous three years.

Day sits at -8 for the tournament and he has completed 11 holes in his second round. Spieth is at -5 for the tournament and has played 13 holes. The second round will resume at 2AM ET before the field is cut down and the third round begins Saturday morning.
