MIAMI, FL (ATS Consultants) – The deciding Game 7 of the 2013 Eastern Conference Finals is tonight when the Heat host the Pacers at 8:30PM ET. Will underdog Indiana cover the spread?

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Heat as 7-point favorites over the Pacers, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 180 points. In this series, the Pacers have covered in four of the six games.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Heat opened as 7-point favorites and that's where the spread currently sits at most online and Vegas sports books. As for the total, it opened at 181 but it's been bet down to 180.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 61% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Pacers. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take Indiana. According to latest NBA trends, Indiana is 10-4 ATS last 14 vs. Eastern Conference and 7-3 ATS last 10 on Monday. Miami is 2-5 ATS last 7 overall and 2-5 ATS last 7 home games.

The winner of this game head to the NBA Finals to take on the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday. The Pacers were major underdogs in this series and while everything appears to be going against them (home teams are 16-2 last 7 in Game 7s.), they own a distinct advantage on the boards and in the paint. This should be a defensive battle as most Game 7s are as every possession matters. Indiana also wants to make this a halfcourt game, just as they did in Game 6. But the bottom line is defense and Indiana played extremely well on that end in Game 6, holding Miami to just 36.1 percent shooting from the field. LeBron James will do what he usually does and that's put up closet to 30 points and a near triple-double. That won't be enough to cover this game as he can't do it alone. The problem is Dwyane Wade has a sore right knee while Chris Bosh has been terrible in this final. Bosh is shooting just 24 percent and averaging 6.3 points in the last three games. It also doesn't help that Ray Allen and Shane Battier are shooting a combined 9 for 39 from three-point range. Indiana should have a healthy David West, who had a double-double last game despite having a 103 degree temperature. The Pacers are younger and healthier, and they cover the game with ease.
