INDIANAPOLIS, IN (ATS Consultants) – The Pacers will look to stave off elimination when they host the Heat at 8:30PM ET tonight for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Heat are 2.5-point favorites over the Pacers, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 183 points.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Heat opened as 3-point favorites but their odds have dropped to -2.5 at most online and Las Vegas sports books. The total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 183 points after it opened at 183.5.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 67% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Heat. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take the over. According to latest NBA trends, Miami is: 5-1 last 6 Over vs. Central Division and 12-3-1 Over last 16 playing on 1 days rest. Indiana is: 6-1 Over last 7 Over in this series, 15-3 last 18 Over following an ATS loss and 9-2 last 11 Over at home.

Nobody wants to go out with a whimper. The Indiana Pacers were steamrolled in the third quarter by LeBron James, who accounted (scored or assisted on) for 25 of the Heat's 30 points in Game 5. Last year, Indiana fell at home to Miami in Game 6 in the second round series. That's a big source of motivation as they know they have to play four quarters to get to a Game 7. Indiana's backcourt of Lance Stephenson and George Hill couldn't play worse on the offensive end in Game 5. They combined for a pathetic total of five points. That's five points from your starting backcourt, who normally average around 24 points combined in the playoffs. Hill has quietly played well this offseason, despite scoring just one point and taking four shots in Game 3. Had had 19 points in Game 3, 19 in Game 2 and 18 in Game 1. Expect a much more aggressive Hill in Game 6 because there will be no Game 7 if Hill doesn't produce at least his average (14.6 points in the playoffs). The good news for Indiana is that Paul George found his offensive game again and scored 27 points and 11 boards in Game 6. That's better news for the over as Indiana will be energized by the home crowd and the Heat will get better production from their guards and Chris Bosh (who had just seven points in Game 5).
