NEW YORK, NY (ATS Consultants) – The Spurs travel to New York City to take on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden at 7:30pmET tonight. Which team will cover?

GAME INFO: Last game (Nov. 15): New York (+5.5) over SAN ANTONIO, 104-100. The New York Knicks (26-8 SU, 21-12-1 ATS, 18-16 O/U) have lost three of the past five home games. The Knicks have lost two straight, including a home loss on Tuesday to Portland, 105-100, giving 9.5. The Spurs (21-10 SU, 15-15-1 ATS, 16-13-2 O/U) have won seven straight after losing two on the road to Denver and Oklahoma City.

NBA FREE PICK:
Take San Antonio. According to latest NBA trends, the Spurs are 8-2-2 ATS in their last 12 vs. NBA Atlantic, 9-3-2 ATS in their last 14 games playing on 0 days rest and 12-5 ATS in their last 17 road games. New York is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Southwest, 1-5 ATS in their last 6 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game, 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game, 0-5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall,  0-5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. Western Conference and are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest.

The Knicks definitely miss point guard Ray Felton (finger), who is out until early February. They take on the red-hot San Antonio Spurs, who pay a visit on Thursday. The Spurs extended their winning streak to seven games with Wednesday's 117-110 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks and will be out to avenge a four-point home loss to the Knicks on Nov. 15. Tim Duncan had 28 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots against the Bucks. Point guard Tony Parker added 23 points and 11 assists, although his six-game streak of shooting at least 50 percent from the floor came to an end. Parker is averaging 23.8 points and nine rebounds over his last four games and has scored at least 20 points in 12 of his last 17. Guard Gary Neal returned to the lineup after missing four games with a calf injury so the Spurs are as healthy as they've been the rest of the season. The Knicks are still getting used to having Amare Stoudemire back in the lineup.
