Cincinnati (7-6 SU, 6-6-1 ATS, 5-8 O/U) at Philadelphia (4-9 SU, 3-9-1 ATS,  6-7 O/U)

Cincinnati has an opportunity to make some noise late in the season. Last week, they blew a late lead and lost to Dallas at home, 20-19, giving 3.5. Philadelphia came back to defeat Tampa Bay last week on the road, 23-31, getting 8.  Before the Dallas game, Cincinnati's defense had not allowed more than 13 points in its previous four games. The key will be the Bengals' pass rush against a poor Eagles' offensive line. Cincinnati leads the league with 42 sacks. Philadelphia is 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 home games.  NFL Line: Cincinnati is a 4.5-point favorite. Total: 45.5.

LA Lakers (9-13 SU, 9-13 ATS) at NY Knicks (16-5 SU, 13-8 ATS)

The Knicks are coming off a 100-97 win on Wednesday night over Brooklyn on the road, while the Lakers fell at Cleveland, 100-94, giving 6.5. The Lakers have lost three straight and and five of their last six.  Carmelo Anthony scored a season-high 45 points to carry the Knicks to their seventh win in eight games.  Los Angeles is searching for answers after tumbling to 4-8 since Mike D'Antoni took the coaching reins. Kobe Bryant scored a season-high 42 points against the Cavaliers and has averaged 35.5 points in his last six games - a stretch in which the Lakers have gone 1-5. The Lakers are 4-1 ATS L5 in series. NBA Hoops Odds: NY Knicks are a 6.5-point favorite. Total: 208.

San Antonio (18-5 SU, 15-7-1 ATS) at Portland (9-12 SU, 8-12-1 ATS)

Last game: San Antonio (-2.5) over Portland, 112-109.  .Portland could be without Nicolas Batum and Wesley Matthews for a second straight game Thursday night when it hosts San Antonio, which is coming off its first loss in December. The Blazers (9-12) are in last place in the Northwest Division and had dropped six of their last eight games before a 92-74 victory over Toronto on Monday. The Spurs look to bounce back from a 99-96 loss at the buzzer in Utah on Wednesday that ended a five-game winning streak. Tony Parker and Tim Duncan, who had a season-high 21 rebounds, finished with 22 points apiece, but Mo Williams hit a 3-pointer as time expired to deal San Antonio its first loss of the month. Portland is 8-2 ATS L10 at home in series. NBA Hoops Odds: San Antonio is a 7.5-point favorite. Total: 201.0
