MACAO, China (TheSpread) – A pair of electric middleweights meet up in the main event of UFC on Fuel TV 6 on Saturday morning. Here is a look at the odds for this event.

UFC on Fuel TV 6 will take place from the Coati Center in Macao, China with the main card bouts airing live on Fuel TV at 9AM ET.

The main event of Saturday’s even features Rich Franklin (29-6) taking on Cung Le (8-2) in a middleweight clash. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Franklin is the favorite to win this event, as he has odds of -320 to win, while Le has been given odds of +260. Franklin is a former UFC middleweight champion. He has traded wins and losses over his last six bouts and is coming off a win last June. He is primarily a kickboxer that has some wrestling background. Le is an impressive striker. He uses kicks that many can’t, as he is similar to what you would see in a Bruce Lee movie. Le’s issue coming into the bout is he is dealing with a foot injury and he also has struggled with conditioning in his first two UFC bouts. This will be a five-round fight, and Franklin has proven he can go 25 minutes without much difficulty.

In the co-main event, light heavyweights Thiago Silva (14-3) and Stanislav Nedkov (12-0) meet up. According to oddsmakers, Silva is the favorite to win the fight, as he has odds of -340 to win while Nedkov has a money line of +270. Silva is just 1-3 with 1 no contest in his last five fights. He has struggled to get on a roll in the UFC since losing to Lyoto Machida back in 2009. Silva has big power in his hands and good submission skills, but he can be overly aggressive at times. Nedkov hasn’t lost in his career, but has just 1 UFC fight, beating Luiz Cane by TKO. Nedkov has good all-around skills, but this will be the biggest test of his career.

MACAO, China (TheSpread) – UFC on Fuel TV 6 takes place on Saturday morning. Here is a look at a few picks to consider for this card.

UFC on Fuel TV 6 will take place from the Coati Arena with the main card bouts airing live on Fuel TV at 9AM ET. All picks are made from odds according to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv.

UFC Middleweight Bout – Rich Franklin (29-6) vs. Cung Le (8-2)

This fight should be explosive and should probably end with a finish. Le has the power to knockout Franklin, but I feel Franklin is the better technical striker and the better conditioned fighter. I see Le struggling to keep up the fast pace he likes to start fights with, which will open the door for Franklin to pick him apart in the later rounds and get a TKO finish with strikes. UFC FREE PICK – Rich Franklin -320

UFC Light Heavyweight Bout – Thiago Silva (14-3) vs. Stanislav Nedkov (12-0)

I like Silva’s aggressive approach to fighting, but it seems to be working against him as of late. Opponents seem to know to survive the early storm and get Silva to the ground when possible. I think Nedkov has the all-around skills to out-strike Silva and out-grapple him. He will just need to be patient early and then turn up the heat when Silva starts to slow down. It will be an upset, but I like Nedkov to score a decision win over Silva. UFC FREE PICK – Stanislav Nedkov +270
