TAMPA BAY, FL (The Spread) – Can the New Orleans Saints make it two in a row when they visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Tampa Bay today at 1:00PM ET.

NFL Odds: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Saints are 1-point favorites over the Buccaneers, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 49.5 points. New Orleans is 1-4 overall and 0-2 on the road, while Tampa Bay is 2-3 overall and 2-1 at home.

Line Movement: The Bucs opened as a 3-point favorite but the spread has been bet down to 1 point at most sports books. The over/under total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 49.5 after opening at 49.

Public Betting: Of the wagers currently placed on this game, 75% of NFL public bettors currently favor the Saints. This information is subject to change leading up to kickoff, however, so make sure you click on the link provided for the most up-to-date NFL public betting numbers.

NFL Playoff Free Pick:
Take New Orleans. According to latest NFL trends, the road team is 13-5 against the spread in the last 18 meetings between these two teams, while the Saints are 4-1 against the number in their last five games versus the NFC South. New Orleans is also 9-3 ATS in its last 12 games versus the NFC and 11-4 ATS in its last 15 games overall. The Bucs, meanwhile, are 8-22 against the number in their last 30 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games versus the NFC South. New Orleans has struggled mightily to start the year but Tampa Bay has done little to improve its pass defense, which ranks 31st overall. If Drew Brees can the Saints’ offense can fire on all cylinders like they did two weeks ago versus the Chargers, they should win this game outright. Lay the one point.
