JOHN RYAN'S PICKS
JOHN RYAN'S PICKS
Someone posted the below recommendation by John Ryan in the
Saturday premium plays section. On Saturday I looked at Dunkel
and Dunkel also picked the over for this game. This play won and
now I wish we could get John Ryan's plays everyday. When there
is an 87% probability that an over or under will occur you can
pretty much bank on it. Do I hear LOCK ???
So whoever is supplying these plays please keep up the good work.
Ai Simulator 10* graded play OVER Texas Tech/Oklahoma – AiS shows an 87% probability that there will be 70 or more points scored in this game. There is a 94% probability that both teams will score 28 or more points and although that only gets part way to the posted total it does place TT in a strong over role. TT is 7-0 OVER (+7.0 Units) when both teams score 28 or more points over the last 2 seasons. TT also in a series of strong roles noting that they are 14-3 OVER (+10.7 Units) vs. good passing teams with a completion percentage of 58% or better over the last 3 seasons; 10-2 OVER (+7.8 Units) vs. excellent passing teams with a completion percentage of 62% or better over the last 3 seasons; 15-5 OVER (+9.5 Units) versus excellent offensive teams averaging >=6.25 yards/play since 1992. Oklahoma State is 10-2 OVER (+7.8 Units) after having won 3 out of their last 4 games since 1992; 12-3 OVER (+8.7 Units) after having won 4 or 5 out of their last 6 games since 1992; 11-2 OVER (+8.8 Units) after outgaining opposition by 225 or more total yards in their previous game over the last 3 seasons. TT is also 8-1 OVER (+6.9 Units) after 2 straight games where 60 total points or more were scored over the last 3 seasons; 12-3 OVER (+8.7 Units) after 1 or more consecutive wins against the spread over the last 3 seasons. TT HC Leach is also in a strong over role noting he is 8-1 OVER (+6.9 Units) after a dominating performance with 34+ minutes TOP and 24+ First downs; 8-0 OVER (+8.0 Units) after 4 or more consecutive straight up wins. Take the OVER.
Re: JOHN RYAN'S PICKS
John Ryan did it again. Oklahoma lost by eight points tonight. I was not on this game but
I am gaining an appreciation of John Ryan. Below was his play today.
Handicapper: John Ryan Sports
Sport: NBA Basketball
Game: Oklahoma City Thunder @ Indiana Pacers - Monday November 10, 2008 7:00 pm
Pick: 2 units ATS: Oklahoma City Thunder +11 (-110)
Ai Simulator 3* graded play on Oklahoma City - AiS shows a 72% probability that Oklahoma City will lose this game by 10 or fewer points. Supporting this graded play is a strong system that has produced a record of 85-40 making 41 units since 2002. Play on road dogs that are good defensive teams averaging 41.5-43.5% and is now facing an average defensive team hitting 43.5-45.5% and in a game involving two average rebounding teams with a differential of +/-3 reb/game. Oklahoma City is an up tempo offensive style of team and the Pacers have had a difficult time managing this onslaught in recent seasons. Pacers are just 7-19 ATS (-13.9 Units) versus up-tempo teams averaging 83 or more shots/game over the last 3 seasons. Pacers have covered two straight and this simple fact puts them in a vulnerable role noting they are 0-24 ATS (-16.4 Units) after successfully covering the spread in 2 or more consecutive games over the last 3 seasons. Take Oklahoma City.
