vegasflyer's Top 6 Sunday/Monday

Baltimore Ravens-7.5 This is another West to East scenario and the Ravens are 3-0 ATS at home using my power ratings. They have the technical, situational, and statistical advantage. strong play

New England-7.5 Jackson is out for St. Louis, which gives even more of a statistical advantage for the Patriots, they also own the technical advantage and is a power rating play. The Rams own the situational advantage due to New England's short week. This is a regular play for me.

Tennessee-4.5  The Titans can take total control of the division race with a win here, Manning (80 QB rating) has 7 interceptions, and has been sacked 9 times!. He will be facing one of the best secondary's in the NFL (10 interceptions). The Titans hold technical, statistical, and situational advantages.

Seattle+5.5 Same season revenge game, can't see the 49ers improving their turnover margin in a week with new head coach Singletary. The technichal advantage for the 49ers is slight. Seattle can keep this close with their ground game, and situational advantage goes to the Seahawks.

Tampa Bay+2.5 The Buccs own the technical advantage here, wrong team favored here. They also own the statiscal edge, as Dallas compiled most of theirs in the first 3 games. Until Dallas figures out how to score again, and defend the pass better, their situation will not improve.

Cincinnati+9.5 Fitzpatrick didn't show much improvement last week, but won't be facing a defense like Pittsburgh's either. Houston owns statistical edge, but technical edge goes to Cincinnati. Line makers giving generous points to Bengals after their blowout loss to the Steelers. houston still has not covered a number this big.

I like the Seattle play for sure.  No reason why a bad SF team should be favored by 5.5 over a bad Seattle team.

The ML on Seattle is worth a look I think.

Imay buy the half on Cincinnati, nothing wrong with holding a double digit dog in your pocket, I think Seattle and Tampa bay both have a good chance to win outright, so I'm not buying the half. Baltimore is my key game today, I think they get a decent lead, and their defense keeps the backdoor shut here.
