100,000* LOCK OF THE DAY Plus Bonus Locks

1. 100,000♦ Redskins

2. 50,000♦ Ravens

3. 50,000♦ Bears

1. Over the years the Redskins and Bucs have met a bunch of times and it seems like each time we have a knock down drag out very very even affair. I do not see much changing here and to get that field goal, even on the road, and what appears to be a lean as well or even that 3 1/2 in some places I have no choice but to back Joe Gibbs' team.

This is as even of a game as there truly can be. Both teams are good, not great and can snatch a huge win and greatly improve their playoff chances.

The Bucs have been a pleasant surprise and are a solid and well balanced squad but they are no better than the Skins at all and to get points in this game is a steal as we can easily see this thing end by that field goal, if not less.

Clinton Portis is the best player on the field and both defenses should do their thing I really like the maturity of Jason Campbell and have no issues with him against Jeff Garcia. It'll be that Washington running game which takes over the game and pull this game out in the end something like 17-14 or 20-17.

2. The Ravens have been awful for awhile now but the Chargers have certainly not done much themselves to be laying such a handsome price. Philip Rivers is regressing and despite having LT and Antonio Gates San Diego is extremely vulnerable as we have seen on numerous occasions this season.

Kyle Boller will get the start for Baltimore which is fine. The guy is far from good but he is better than Steve McNair and actually did some very good things last week in that tighter than tight loss against Cleveland. Baltimore came to play in that last game and at least showed that they have not fully quit on the season.
Ray Lewis and Ed Reed are still great and will make some plays. Unless Brian Billick's offense turns the ball over a ton, which they have done at times, we are looking at a closer than expected game according to those oddsmakers and a one posession final.
The Ravens defense will bring the heat as they see the best across the way in Tomlinson and Gates and subsequentially keep this thing in range.

3. Jay Cutler and the Broncos had one solid win last week and all of a sudden Mike Shanahan's team is deemed the next coming????? Come on! Travis Henry and Javon Walker are more than likely going to miss again and this Denver squad is still not that good at all. They are more than lucky to be at .500 after a ton of tight late wins and one game does not all of a sudden make them anything at all in my book.

The Bears have been as disappointing as they come and Rex Grossman certainly does not instill confidence in me but Brian Urlacher and the Bears at Soldier Field are still somewhat imposing and should flat out win this game. Lovie Smith's defense and overall team is not good right now, don't let me fool you as they have issues all over the field but so do the Broncos and at home in the Windy City there is no way that Denver wins this game around half the time as Chicago, no way.

Da Bears are more than due for a quality showing and this is the perfect opponent for that to happen against as the Broncos are extremely overvalued right now after that last win and I'm all about Lovie's boys!

Re: Sunday Service Picks and Free Consensus Reports:

LT Profits

Seattle Seahawks @ St. Louis Rams u45.0 (-110)
Sun Nov 25 '07 1:00p

This looks like an inflated total when you consider that all Seattle Seahawks games are averaging a combined 38.5 points this season, while all St. Louis Rams games are averaging 40.6 points.

Sure, the Rams have gotten some weapons back from injury on offense, but that did not help them much in a narrow 13-9 win at San Francisco last week. Now they must go up against s stiff Seattle defense that is permitting just 16.4 points per game for the season, and which held the Rams to six points the first time these clubs met this year, albeit with Marc Bulger and Steven Jackson out. Still, the Under is 7-3 in all Rams games this season, so it is not as if they have been lighting up the scoreboard even at full strength.

While Seattle has been very strong defensively, their offense has been rather erratic, averaging 22.1 points per game. Sure the Seahawks have put up 30 points or more in three of their last four games, but this club is just as capable of putting up a stinker, and the Seattle running game has been a major disappointment, as they are average just 97.0 rushing yards per game on 3.6 yards per carry.

Also note that running back Shaun Alexander is again doubtful this week, and although Maurice Morris has performed admirably in his absence, can he really be trusted to carry the load for a third straight game?
Seahawks, Rams Under 45

Carolina Panthers +3.0 (-110)
Sun Nov 25 '07 1:00p

The New Orleans Saints have now reverted back to their early-season struggles after appearing to have snapped out of it for a few weeks, and we look for the Carolina Panthers to complete a season sweep of this series here.

The Panthers went into New Orleans earlier this season and knocked off the Saints 16-13, marking their fourth straight win in the head-to-head series with the Saints. Carolina should also get a huge lift this week with the expected return of wide receiver Steve Smith, who is one of the best receivers in the NFL when he s healthy, and who has had some of his biggest games against the Saints, with six touchdowns in his last six games against them.

The Saints seems to have straightened themselves out when they got to 4-4, but they have now had back-to-back losses vs. rather suspect competition, handing the St. Louis Rams their first win of the season before losing to the Houston Texans last week. New Orleans has simply broken down defensively the last three weeks, allowing an alarming 410.3 total yards per game including 302.3 yards in the air on a whopping 9.1 yards per pass attempt!

It looks like Smith picked a great week to return, so look for him to make some big plays here as the Panthers pull the mild upset.

Panthers +3

Re: Sunday Service Picks and Free Consensus Reports:

COMPS

Jim Feist

Vikings

The Vikings (4-6 SU, 4-4-2 ATS) are a one-dimensional offense with a great offensive line. Rookie RB Adrian Peterson has been great, but missed last week's game with a knee injury. RB Chester Taylor (5 ypc) is a terrific backup and had 164 yards in Sunday's 29-22 win over Oakland. The QB play is weak, going with second-year QB Tarvaris Jackson, who is back from a concussion that knocked him out of the game against San Diego. The run defense is strong. The Giants (7-3 SU, 6-4 ATS) offense is loaded with talent, at No. 15 in the NFL (23.6 points, 128 rushing, 203 passing per game) behind 26-year old QB Eli Manning (15 TDs, 11 INTs), RB Brandon Jacobs (5.3 ypc), WR Plaxico Burress (8 TDs), WR Amani Toomer and TE Jeremy Shockey. The defense is solid at No. 7, allowing 20 points, 97 yds rushing, 210 passing per game. Michael Strahan had a season-high three sacks while James Butler and Sam Madison both made victory-sealing interceptions, helping New York beat the Detroit Lions 16-10 Sunday. RB Brandon Jacobs left the game with an injury, and linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka broke his left leg. The Vikings will look to control this game with their ground attack and we look for them to stay close as they can't afford to come from too far behind. We'll take the points with one of the best rushing teams in football.

Dave Cokin

NBA-Pacers

The Pacers aren't very good, but the NBA is as much about scheduling dynamics as anything else. Indiana enjoyed an off say on Saturday following a great win over the Mavericks Friday. Cleveland is off a very hard fought win against Toronto on Saturday afternoon. That adds up to a solid scheduling scenario for the hosts, so my play here will be the Pacers to get the win and cover

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chuck Franklin

Tennessee (-1') at CINCINNATI

I am 8-3 with my last 11 NFL Free Picks. Huge Profits again today!

Tennessee will bounce back with an easy win at Cincinnati today. In that loss last Monday night at Denver Vince Young threw for over 300 yards against a very good Broncos secondary. The Bengals have one of the worst pass defenses in the league and Young will have a huge day. Cincinnati has lost four of its last six games and the Titans need this win to stay on pace for the playoffs.

The Bengals at home are only 3-11-1 ATS the last 15 games against a non-division opponent and 1-7 ATS at home against a foe off a double-digit loss. They are 1-6 SU and 1-5-1 ATS the last six games against teams with a record of .400 or better. The Titans are a solid 25-15 ATS off back-to-back losses, including 14-6 ATS if the team they are playing is off a loss.

3♦ TENNESSEE

New Jersey at LA LAKERS (-7')

Even with Vince Carter back in the line-up the Nets will not win their third road game in a row. The Lakers and Kobe Bryant will see to that. Los Angeles is back home after winning only one game on their three-game road trip. At Staples Center the Lakers won the last three games by an average of 18 points per game.

New Jersey is 8-20-1 ATS the last 29 games when listed as an underdog and they are only 2-7-1 ATS the last 10 games played with only one day of rest. The Lakers are 5-1 ATS the last six games after a loss and 5-2 ATS the last seven games with one day of rest. L.A. swept the two game series from N.J. last season and will win by double-digits tonight.

3♦ LAKERS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Big Al McMordie

Arizona vs. Kansas (NCAAB) - Nov 25, 2007 8:00 PM EST

The Wildcats have won their last two games (88-64 vs. Adams St and 81-62 vs. Missouri-KC) to move to 3-1 on the season. And Arizona is a solid 17-2 ATS as underdogs of more than 2 points in the regular season vs. a foe off an ATS win. And if the Wildcats check in off back to back victories, then our 17-2 stat moves to a perfect 10-0 ATS. Take the points with Arizona. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JAMES PATRICK SPORTS

Cavaliers vs. Pacers 2:35 p.m. est.
Cavs still missing four key components to the pieces that took them to the NBA Finals last season. The result has been a sputtering offense and a tendency to let lesser teams hang around with a chance to win games. We look for that same thing to happen again in Conseco Fieldhouse this Sunday afternoon

Take the Pacers

SONICS

Game: San Antonio Spurs vs. Seattle SuperSonics Game Time: 11/25/2007 9:05:00 PM Prediction: Seattle SuperSonics Reason: I feel that this number is too high and I'm taking the points with SEATTLE. The Sonics remain winless (0-5 SU) at home. However, they've covered the spread in three of those five games and NONE of their five losses has come by more than seven points. They haven't been playing weaklings either as four of those five teams (Suns, Nets, Pistons, Jazz) made the playoffs last season and expect to do so again this year. The Spurs have been merely mediocre on the road, going 3-2 SU and 2-3 ATS. They've outscored opponents by an average of just 1.2 points in those five games. While they did get blown out in the most recent meeting here, the Sonics have managed a healthy 4-2 ATS record the last six series meetings that were played here. They won two of those games outright and two of the losses came by a combined six points. The Spurs, who play at Sacramento tomorrow, haven't fared very well when playing the front-end of a back to back set. Dating back to last April, they're just 1-4 ATS the last five times they played in that situation (1-1 this season) losing three of those games outright. Note that for the last five seasons, Sonics' coach PJ Carlesimo has served as Gregg Popovich's top assistant in San Antonio. He knows the Spurs as well as anyone and he'll definitely want the Sonics to give a maximum effort tonight. Look for Carlesimo's crew to rise to the occasion and give them a much tougher game than expected tonight. *NBA Best Bet

OVER sonics/spurs

Game: San Antonio Spurs vs. Seattle SuperSonics Game Time: 11/25/2007 9:05:00 PM Prediction: over Reason: I'm playing on the Sonics and Spurs to finish OVER the number. The Sonics played a relatively low-scoring game here last time, combining with the Nets for 191 points. However, that was the exception not the norm, as all four of their other home games produced more than 200 points. Overall, the Sonics rank second last in the league defensively, allowing 108 points per game. Note that the last two series meetings both finished above the number, bringing the OVER to 7-3 the last 10 series meetings, including a profitable 4-1 mark the last five times the teams faced each other here at Seattle. While the defending champs certainly know how to play great defense, they tend to ease up defensively somewhat when playing lower tier teams on the road. In fact, after their earlier game at Memphis finished above the number, the Spurs have now seen the OVER go 15-7-2 since the start of the 2005 season when listed as road favorites in the -6.5 to -9 range. Meanwhile, the Sonics have seen the OVER go 7-3 the last 10 times they were listed as home underdogs in the same range. Look for more of the same this evening as the final combined score finishes above the number and OVER improves to 5-1 the last six times the Sonics played on a Sunday.

MIAMI OHIO

Game: Miami (Ohio) vs. Mississippi State Game Time: 11/25/2007 9:00:00 PM Prediction: Miami (Ohio) Reason: I'm taking the points with MIAMI OHIO. I have a lot of respect for this year's Bulldogs team. However, I feel the same way about the Redhawks and I really like the way that they've been playing to begin the season. The Redhawks have already beaten Xavier. That's no small feat, considering that Xavier just crushed #8 Indiana yesterday, improving to 4-1 on the season. The Redhawks also defeated a solid South Alabama team and their lone loss came by four points vs. USC. That brought them to 3-0 ATS on the season. Conversely, the Bulldogs managed just 21 points in the second half of their 63-49 loss to Southern Illinois. That dropped them to 1-3 ATS their last four games and 4-7 ATS in tournament games since the start of the 2005 season. I expect them to have trouble scoring again today vs. a tough Miami defense which is allowing just 57.7 points per game. Tough defense is nothing new for this team. In fact, last season Miami was the only NCAA Division I team to hold every one of its opponents to under 70 points and 18 of those opponents did not even reach the 60-point plateau, including Oregon, which barely defeated Miami in the NCAA Tournament, 58-56. Including that "cover" and the one vs. USC, the defending Mid-American Conference Tournament champions are now a highly profitable 10-1 ATS their last 11 tournament games. All of their games have been decided by five points or less and I'm expecting today's to come down to the wire once again. *ESPN Game of the Month
