Kyle Busch wins Nicorette 300 pole
SCENEDAILY
HAMPTON, Ga. - Kyle Busch earned the pole for the Nicorette 300 Busch Series race this afternoon at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Busch turned a lap of 191.08 mph Saturday in his Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet, much faster than Evernham Motorsports' Kasey Kahne, who will sit on the outside pole with a speed of 189.59 mph.
Roush Fenway Racing's Carl Edwards (189.351), Joe Gibbs Racing's Aric Almirola (188.175), and Penske Racing's Sam Hornish (187.786) rounded out the top five.
With 44 cars entered, only one - Jay Sauter in the Frank Cicci Racing Chevrolet - failed to make the field.

Both drivers have looked good so far and a little bump in price from the opener is a plus
