The Hawks, outscored 28-8 in the third, went 0-16 from the field, marking the first time in franchise history the Bulls held a team without a field goal in a quarter. They had held the Knicks to one basket in 1999.

SNAPPED

The Jazz lost 103-100 at Portland on Tuesday night, snapping Utah's six-game winning streak.

''He's 'Hibachi,' but I'm 'Mr. Fifty.' Put that in the newspaper so he'll get mad.'' - Washington's DeShawn Stevenson about teammate Gilbert Arenas. Stevenson, who also liked the idea of the nickname ''Inspector Fifty,'' scored a season-high 23 points on 9-for-11 shooting in a 112-100 win over Minnesota on Tuesday night to raise his field goal percentage to 50.1 percent.
