Bisping vs. Miller Odds
Bisping (22-3) enters the fight as the favorite in this middleweight clash against Miller (24-7). The fight will take place from the Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas and air live on Spike TV at 8PM ET.
According to oddsmakers, Bisping has odds of -170 to defeat Miller, while the underdog, Miller, comes in with odds of +140 to beat Bisping.
Bisping is one of the top contenders in the 185-pound division and currently riding a three-fight winning streak. The native of Britain, Bisping has good boxing technique as he uses quick footwork and effective jabs and hooks to out-strike his opponents. While his grappling isn’t bad in regards to wrestling, his submission fighting is not up to par with many others in the UFC. Bisping has struggled in the past with power punchers, but Miller isn’t known for being a KO artist.
Millers is riding a two-fight win streak entering this fight, but he hasn’t competed since September of last year, as he is making his first fight in the UFC since April of 2005. Miller has a strong chin and he has only been finished by KO one time in his career. Typically he struggles with fighters that are better grapplers than him, which are hard to find. Miller is a great submission fighter and very flexible. His striking isn’t up to par with Bisping, but he should have a clear edge on the ground. One edge Miller has is that he has gone five rounds in his career while Bisping never has been pushed to that level.
