The main event of Wednesday’s card is a middleweight clash between Tim Kennedy (16-4) and Rafael Natal (17-4-1). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kennedy is the favorite to win the bout, as he has odds of -370 to prevail, while Natal has a money line of +280 to win. Kennedy is a former member of the services and he has won four of his last five. Natal is coming into this bout have won three straight and looking for his first marquee victory. Both men are grinders, but Kennedy has rarely been out-wrestled by an opponent. Natal would be wise to look to keep the fight standing and control his opponent from there.

The co-main event of Wednesday’s card is a women’s bantamweight bout featuring Liz Carmouche (9-3) and Alexis Davis (14-5). According to oddsmakers, Carmouche is the favorite to win this bout, as he has odds of -225 to win, while Davis has a money line of +280 to prevail. Carmouche is 1-1 in the UFC, with her loss coming against champion Ronda Rousey. She is also a former member of the service and has strong striking with a slick submission game. Davis is 1-0 in the UFC and is known for her submission skills. She has had seven of her 14 wins come by submission. The key to this fight may be for Carmouche to keep the fight standing and use her boxing ability.
