UFC 175 will take place from Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada with the main card bouts airing live on PPV at 10PM ET.

The main event of Saturday’s card is a bout for the Middleweight Championship where Chris Weidman defends his title against Lyoto Machida (21-4). According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Weidman is favored to retain his title, as he has odds of -190 to prevail, while Machida has a money line of +155 to win. Weidman is coming off his two wins over Anderson Silva, while Machida has went 2-0 since moving to middleweight. Machida is a former UFC light heavyweight champion and his losses are all to some of the best at 205 pounds. Many struggle with his karate-style of fighting because he is very elusive and tough to strike with. Weidman relies heavily on his boxing, but his grappling game is under rated. The key to this bout could be the five rounds. Weidman has yet to go past 15 minutes in any fight, so his conditioning could be an issue if the bout goes to the championship rounds.

The co-main event of Saturday’s event is a bout for the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship with Ronda Rousey (9-0) taking on Alexis Davis (16-5). Oddsmakers have Rousey as the overwhelming favorite to win, as she has odds of -1000 to prevail, while Davis has been given a money line of +600 to win. Rousey has destroyed all her previous nine opponents. She won her first eight fights by armbar submission and then scored her first TKO win in her last bout in February. Eight of her nine fights have ended in the first round. Davis has won her last five fights, with her last three wins coming by decision. She will look to grind out a win over Rousey, but she has used her grappling a lot to win fights, which can play right into Rousey’s submission game.
