HAMBURG, Germany (TheSpread) – Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye will put their respective heavyweight titles on the line in a unification bout on Saturday night in Germany.

Klitschko, the WBO/IBF/IBO/The Ring Heavyweight Champion puts his titles on the line against Haye, who owns the WBA Heavyweight Championship. The event will air live on HBO on Saturday at 4:45PM ET.

According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Bodog, Klitschko enters the fight as the favorite with odds of -260 while Haye has betting odds of +200. The over/under for rounds has been set at 7.5 with the over at -140 and the under at +100.

Wladimir Klitschko has a record of 55-3-0 with 49 wins coming by knockout. Klitschko has won 13-straight boxing matches with his last win coming by KO in round 10 of his fight with Samuel Peter last September in Germany. His last five fights have not went the distance. He three losses have all come by TKO, but his last loss came back in 2004.

David Haye is 25-1-0 with 23 wins coming by knockout in his career. He is 30-years-old, five years younger than his opponent. His one loss came back in 2004 by TKO at cruiserweight. He has since won 15 straight fives with four of those contests coming at heavyweight. Three of his four heavyweight bouts have been won by knockout, but he has yet to face someone to the level of Klitschko. Still, he is younger and will probably have a slight speed advantage for being somewhat undersized for a heavyweight. He is giving up four inches in height to Klitschko.
