UFC 174 will take place from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia with the main card bouts airing live on PPV at 10PM ET.

The main event of Saturday’s card is a bout for the Flyweight Championship where Demetrious Johnson (19-2-1) defends his title against Ali Bagautinov (13-2), According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Johnson is the clear favorite to win Saturday’s bout, as he has odds of -600 to win, while Bagautinov has been given a money line of +400 to prevail. Johnson has been a dominant champion, defending his title three times. He is coming off his first KO win as champion and has more speed than any fighter in the octagon. He mixes up grappling and striking very well and has developed more power with each fight. Bagautinov has won 11 straight fights and is a compact fighter with good power, but doesn’t have the same speed as his opponent and hasn’t had to go through a 25-minute fight. His conditioning could be an issue.

The co-main event of Saturday’s event is a welterweight bout with Tyron Woodley (13-2) taking on Rory MacDonald (16-2). Oddsmakers have Woodley as the slight favorite, as he has odds of -135 to win, while MacDonald has a money line of +105 for the fight. This fight is a potential No. 1 contender bout. Woodley has won his last two fights by KO and has tremendous power and athleticism. MacDonald has won six of his last seven and is a composed fighter that uses muay thai striking and wrestling to get victories. The longer the fight goes, the more it starts to favor MacDonald.
