ATLANTA, GA (TheSpread) – One of the most-anticipated light heavyweight title bouts in UFC history takes place on Saturday at UFC 145. View Real-Time Sports Betting Odds UFC 145 takes place Saturday night and the main card will air live on Pay-Per-View at 10PM ET. The event takes place from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Preliminary bouts will air live on FX at approximately 8PM ET. The main event of UFC 145 has light heavyweight champion, Jon Jones (15-1), defending his title against top contender and former teammate, Rashad Evans (17-1-1). According to oddsmakers, Jones is the favorite in this bout, as he has been given a money line of -505 to win, while Evans has been given odds of +405 to win. These two were teammates but that quickly fell apart a year ago. Evans was set to fight for the UFC title, but became injured. Jones was offered the title fight in his place, and won with ease. Tension started to mount as Evans was still in line to contend for the title and Jones didn’t back down from the idea of fighting his friend. Now, a year later, the two will finally meet and plenty of bad blood has developed. Jones has dominated the past year and became one of the most impressive fighters in the UFC. Evans has been on a tear as well, but many aren’t giving him a chance. Jones has yet to face a real accomplish wrestler, like Evans is, so this could be a tough test for him. Jones is confident that he has beaten Evans in practice, but Evans is confident that he knows Jones’ weaknesses. On Saturday, the truth will become a reality for one. In the co-main event, rising welterweight Rory MacDonald (12-1) takes on Che Mills (14-4). According to oddsmakers, MacDonald is the clear favorite to win, as he has a money line of -500 to win, while Mills has odds of +400 to prevail. MacDonald is one of the rising stars in the UFC, as he is just 22-years-old, but has beaten some of the top fighters in the division. His lone loss came against current 170-pound interim champ, Carlos Condit. Mills is in just his second fight in the UFC, but he is currently on a six-fight win streak. Mills will look to out-strike MacDonald, as the young Canadian has superior grappling ability. For the complete odds for the main card bouts of UFC 145, see below.
