UFC 128 Weigh-In Results
NEWARK, NJ (TheSpread) – The weigh-ins for UFC 128 have concluded and all of the fighters for Saturday’s card have made weight, making all 12 bouts official.
UFC 128 takes place from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ and will air live on Pay-Per-View at 10PM ET with the main event featuring a Light Heavyweight Title Fight between champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and challenger Jon Jones. Both fighters weighed in at the 205-pound weight limit, making Saturday’s championship set.
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Bodog.com, Jones is the favorite to win despite being the challenger, as he has odds of -200 while Rua comes in with odds of +160.
In the co-main event, bantamweights Urijah Faber squares off with Eddie Wineland with the winner likely getting a title fight. Both fighters weighed in at 135.5 pounds. Faber comes in as the clear favorite for the fight with odds of -500 while Wineland has odds of +300.
