This event takes place from the KFC Yum! Center and will air live on Versus at 9PM ET. Here are some free picks to consider for tonight’s event. Odds are according to online sportsbook Sportsbook.com.

Main Event – Welterweight Bout – Martin Kampmann (17-4) vs. Diego Sanchez (22-4)

Both of these men are in the thick of the welterweight division but neither has really had a standout win to hang their hat on. Sanchez has bounced around from welterweight to lightweight, so Kampmann should be the bigger fighter, which is what I think will be the key for him. I see Kampmann as having better standup and better wrestling. I look for him to smother Sanchez and control him on his way to a decision victory. FREE PICK – MARTIN KAMPMANN -150

Middleweight Bout – Mark Munoz (9-2) vs. C.B. Dollaway (11-2)

The co-main event features to rising middleweights that are looking to crack into the top 10 range. Munoz is a scrapper while Dollaway is more of a technician. Munoz appears to have a size edge in the fight as he used to fight at light heavyweight, but I think Dollaway will be able to match wrestling and be more technical with his striking on the feet. I look for Dollaway to tire Munoz and secure a choke in the third round. FREE PICK – C.B. DOLLAWAY +155

Lightweight Bout – Shane Roller (9-3) vs. Thiago Tavares (15-3-1)

Roller comes in as the favorite in his UFC debut, but the matchup doesn’t favor him in my eyes. Roller is a ground specialist that is better off taking on strikers with limited grappling ability. Tavares is a great ground fighter, with 11 submissions in his career. I see Tavares as the stronger fighter and better conditioned, which will lead to a third round submission victory. FREE PICK – THIAGO TAVARES +100
