UFC 143 takes place Saturday night and the main card will air live on PPV at 10PM ET. The event takes place from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. The main event is a battle for the UFC Interim Welterweight Championship as Nick Diaz (26-7) takes on Carlos Condit (27-5).

According to the oddsmakers, Diaz is the favorite to win the contest, with odds of -205 while Condit has a money line of +165. On Friday, both fighters weighed in at 169 pounds, making the fight official. Despite having a history of creating havoc at weigh ins in the past, Diaz was quite respectful to Condit, as the two had a solid face off, but didn’t resort to any physicality.

In the co-main event, heavyweights Roy Nelson (16-6) and Fabricio Werdum (14-5-1) will face off. Werdum is the slight favorite in the contest, with odds of -150 to win. Nelson has a money line of +120. Surprisingly, both fighters weighed in at 246 pounds for this 265-pound limit. Both men looked to be in good shape for their respective sizes and the fight should be an interesting one as both are jiu-jitsu black belts. Nelson seems to have the edge in striking, but lacks the cardio that Werdum should have.
