Luck is the favorite at +225, while Brandon Weeden of the Cleveland Browns has the next best odds at +250. Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints is +300, while Philip Rivers of the San Diego Chargers and Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys are both +400.
