Oddsmakers have installed USC signal caller Matt Barkley as the favorite to win this year’s Heisman Trophy at 3/1. Wisconsin running back Montee Ball is 6/1, Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson is 15/2 and both Jones and Geno Smith are 8/1, respectively.
