CHICAGO, IL (The Spread) – Interleague play heads to Chicago tonight where the White Sox will take on a Cardinals team that hasn’t had much success winning on the South Side.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the White Sox are +110 money line underdogs for tonight’s game while the Cardinals are -120 money line favorites. The total for tonight’s game currently sits at 7.5 runs.
The Cardinals are just 4-6 in their last 10 games and even though they won the series, they’re coming off an 18-inning loss to the Mets at home on Sunday. As previously noted, St. Louis hasn’t had much success winning on the South Side of Chicago, going winless in its last four road games versus the White Sox. The Cards are also just 2-6 in their last eight games overall versus the Sox.
Michael Wacha will face Carlos Rodon in the pitching matchup. First pitch is set for 8:10PM ET.
