(The Spread) – The updated odds to win the 2013 Cy Young Award are out and two of the best in their respective leagues are favored.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Clay Buchholz of the Red Sox is an 11/4 favorite to win the 2013 American League Cy Young, while Yu Darvish of the Rangers are 13/4. Justin Verlander is 5/1, Felix Hernandez is 6/1, and Matt Moore and C.C. Sabathia are both 10/1, respectively.
Continuing with the 2013 AL Cy Young odds, Jon Lester and Anibal Sanchez are both 15/1, respectively, while Max Scherzer and Ervin Santana are both 18/1, respectively. Hiwashi Iwakuma is 25/1, while Hiroki Kuroda, Jim Johnson and Derek Holland are all 33/1, respectively. R.A. Dickey, meanwhile, has the longest odds at 100/1.
In the National League, Dodgers’ ace Clayton Kershaw is a 3/1 favorite to win the 2013 NL Cy Young Award, while Jordan Zimmerman and Madison Bumgarner are both 5/1, respectively. Matt Harvey of the Mets is 11/1, Lance Lynn and Adam Wainwright of the Cardinals are both 10/1, respectively, while Mat Latos and Stephen Strasburg are both 12/1, respectively.
Continuing with the National League Cy Young odds, Patrick Corbin, Jake Westbrook and A.J. Burnett are 15/1, respectively, while Tim Hudson of the Braves is 20/1. Closer Sergio Romo of the Giants, Jaime Garcia of the Cardinals, and Hyun-Jin Ryu of the Dodgers are 25/1, respectively.
