According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Louisville is a 2/3 favorite to win this year’s Final Four, while Michigan has the next best odds at 3/1. Syracuse is currently 17/4 to win this year’s tournament, while Wichita State is the current long shot at 12/1.
The 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship “Exact Matchup” lists Louisville versus Michigan as the most likely scenario at 5/6 odds. Louisville versus Syracuse is 3/2, while Wichita State versus Michigan is 15/2. The current long shot “Exact Matchup” is Wichita State versus Syracuse, which is 10/1.
