(The Spread) – With the Saints and Packers now watching the playoffs from home, the Patriots are now the clear favorites to win Super Bowl XLVI. At the start of the 2012 postseason, the Packers had odds of +160, which made them the favorites to win Super Bowl XLVI. The Patriots had the next best odds at +350 while the Saints were +500 and the Ravens were +600. Now that the Packers and Saints have both fallen, the Patriots are the clear favorites at +120. The Giants and 49ers have the next best odds at +325, respectively, while the Ravens are the “long shots” at +600. View Updated 2012 Super Bowl Odds At the start of the 2011 NFL season, the Packers were favored at 7/1 while the Patriots were 8/1 and the Steelers were 10/1. The Colts, meanwhile, were 14/1, the Saints were 14/1, the Ravens were 14/1, the Falcons were 16/1, the Jets were 16/1, the Eagles were 16/1 and the Bears were 22/1. In the AFC Championship Game this Sunday at 3:00PM ET, the Patriots have been installed as 7.5-point favorites over the Ravens while in the NFC title game at 6:30PM ET, the 49ers are 2.5-point favorites over the Giants.
