(The Spread) – The 2013 NFL Playoffs will continue this weekend with the Divisional Round and so far, alls quiet on the line movement front.
The Denver Broncos opened as 8.5-point favorites versus the Baltimore Ravens and that’s where the line currently sits at the majority of sports books (although some places are offering Baltimore at +9). As for the total, it opened at 45 but its been bet up to 45.5 or even 46 at some books. These two teams will square off in the first playoff game of the weekend, with kickoff slated for 4:30PM ET on Saturday.
On Saturday night the San Francisco 49ers will host the Green Bay Packers at 8:00PM ET. The 49ers opened as 3-point favorites and according to oddsmakers at online sports book Bovada.lv, that’s where the line currently sits. The total, meanwhile, opened at 45.5 and has been bet down slightly to 45 or even 44.5 at some books.
The biggest over/under movement has come in the Atlanta-Seattle game on Sunday afternoon. The total for that game – a 1:00PM ET kickoff on Sunday – opened at 44.5 and has been bet up to 46 at most sports books. As for the side, the Falcons opened as a 2-point favorite and at least in Las Vegas, they’re sitting at -2.5 at most books.
The final game of the Divisional Round well take place in Foxboro when the New England Patriots host the Denver Broncos at 4:30PM ET. The Patriots opened as 9-point favorites and the spread has either stayed at that number or has been bet up to 9.5. But the total hasn’t budged after opening at 48.
